In the winter of 2010 when the snow had blocked most of the roads my boiler broke down as did a number of my neighbours. I hadn’t got anyone that serviced my boiler and a family member suggested I contact Scott. Despite no previous contact Scott came out – somehow got here and repaired my boiler when none of my neighbours could get their contacted engineers out for a few days. Since then i have always had Scott and his team look after my boiler including replacing my old boiler and i have always been totally pleased with the friendly and helpful customer service, the support of the office based staff and the high quality of work by all. It is such a relief to know I can rely on them and it is fully taken care of. I am not at all surprised at the success of Harwood Heating and i know it will continue into the future.
